Re-visiting the apple, I have attempted to edit and remodel the leaf so to add more detail and to somewhat curve the leaf around the apple. I have made two models of leaf, one more flat, the other more curved. I am not sure which works better but I must say I very much like the leaf it self.

I really like the more curved leaf, Mike - but it does feel as it needs to be a 'neater' more simple curve, just so that it looks 'man-made' as opposed to not too natural - it just needs to be smoothed out, with some of the irregularity ironed out.
